There was an awesome segment on the today show on Monday, February 9, 2009 about how lack of sleep can lead to weight gain - or more accurately how getting a good night's sleep can help you lose weight.
As many of you know I have some major sleep issues - narcolepsy, bruxism, periodic limb movement disorder, blah, blah, blah. Being treated for these disorders has changed my life so this story was of particular interest to me.
Here is to a good nights sleep!
